Cancellation and Refund Policy

The provision of our telephone advice service is subject to standard terms and conditions, incorporating our money laundering policy.

Advice given over the telephone will be recorded and a copy made available to you should you request one.

Advice given over the telephone should be regarded by you as preliminary advice only and based on information you provide over the telephone and any documents that you have provided us with.

Refunds will not be provided after the telephone consultation has taken place.

If a telephone consultation is cancelled after payment has been made, refunds will only be processed unless and until you have provided proof of your identity in accordance with our money laundering policies.
